Delivery Coverage
We currently offer pan-India delivery across all states and union territories. Some remote locations may have extended delivery times.
Shipping Charges
Free delivery is available on all orders above ₹499. A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below this amount.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or festivals, processing may take 3-4 business days.
Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days from dispatch. Some products, especially artisanal and made-to-order items, may have longer lead times which will be communicated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your orders from your dashboard.
