Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, food products, personal care items, and consumables cannot be returned once opened. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at support@kokanam.com with your order number and photos, and we will resolve it immediately.
